Shannon Marie : About Me

Hi All! Thanks for stopping by today. My name is Shannon Marie Solt and I’m the creative behind Au Flair. Being very creative by nature, Au Flair is my outlet for all things fashion and home decor. Au Flair began in 2013 as way to create and build a brand of my own. At the time, I was working in fashion retail and needed a way to express my creativity and utilize my business degree. I have since moved on from retail and after life experiences in Georgia and New York City, I am now working in development and marketing at a local nonprofit. Working at a nonprofit has allowed me to learn SO many new skills I wouldn’t have had otherwise - graphic design, social media

marketing, event planning, branding, communications - just to name a few.

Now for the fun part! I am wife to the most incredibly handsome, loving, patient, and hilarious man (I’m not bias at all). Rob and I are both alumni of Miami University in Oxford, OH. We currently reside in Northwest Ohio and are busy trying to raise our first child - a labradoodle named Gryffindor (Obviously we are huge HP fans). Family is the most important thing and I love that I’m from such a large family (four brothers and sisters, plus in-laws!).
